Summary of Decision:
Changes to Regulation 567 under the Health Protection and Promotion Act have been filed. The proposal differs from what was previously posted on the regulatory registry for consultation in that it further clarifies that animals that are part of an interactive display such as a petting zoo at a seasonal agricultural fair are not exempt from the rabies immunization requirement.
