Introduction

This document is the official ruleset for amateur Pankration in Ontario.

All amateur Pankration contests or exhibitions in Ontario must be sanctioned by the Ontario Athletics Commission (OAC) or the Ontario Grappling Association. Requirements to obtain a permit are set out in the Combative Sports Act, 2019 and its regulation.
