As communicated in Bulletin 2010-02, issued on December 16, 2010, there will be an annual adjustment to the fee structure for some land registration services based upon 50 percent of the change in the consumer price index (CPI) over the preceding year.
The fees set out in Schedule I for land registration services are, effective November 7, 2016, adjusted by an amount to 50 percent of the percentage increase in the annual CPI over the preceding year. The fees set out in Schedules II and III will not be increasing (See attached Fee schedules I, II and III).
Please note that Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is only applicable on the ELRSA fee and has been listed in the fee schedules below.
This Bulletin replaces Bulletin 2015-03.
