What is happening?

Ontario and Teranet are launching the first phase of OnLand a new, user-friendly web portal that provides customers with remote access to search Ontario’s land registration records.

Information

The OnLand web portal will be available on December 18, 2017.

The first phase of the web portal offers customers the opportunity to test out the historical land registration book search and view function only. You will still be required to come into a land registry office where the property is located to print any records.

The OnLand web portal is available in both English and French and is compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

We will provide an update when full land registry search capabilities are available on OnLand in late 2018.

OnLand will allow users to search historical and current property records, anywhere in the province, from the convenience of their home or office instead of going in person to a land registry office.
