Bulletin information

1. What is happening?

Effective January 15, 2024, the plan pre-approval service is moving to the OnLand portal.

2. Information

We are committed to providing more digital options to make it simpler, faster, and more convenient to access government services.

Based on the success of the plan pre-approval by email service, we are now able to offer an improved pre-approval service through the OnLand portal.

After January 15, 2024, please submit all pre-approvals for survey plans, documents related to both subdivision and condominium registrations, and LTCQ to LT+ applications, through the OnLand portal using the Plan Pre-approval Request Form.

This new pre-approval service will require professional clients to complete a short checklist related to the submission confirming that the plan or application is ready to be submitted. This checklist should be completed by the professional responsible for the submission.

Moving pre-approval to the OnLand portal is another step towards making OnLand a one-stop location for obtaining land registration services. In addition, the move to OnLand allows the introduction of new features designed to streamline the survey plan pre-approval process.

If you have any questions about this update, please visit the OnLand help section.
