Amending O. Reg. 329/04
(GENERAL)
1. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 13 (1) of Ontario Regulation 329/04 is amended by striking out “cardiac services” at the end and substituting “cardiac and vascular services”.
(2) Paragraph 4 of subsection 13 (1) of the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2016 and the day it is filed.
