Amending O. Reg. 598/06
(MUNICIPAL AND SCHOOL CAPITAL FACILITIES - AGREEMENTS AND TAX EXEMPTIONS)
1. Section 8 of Ontario Regulation 598/06 is amended by striking out “Day Nurseries Act” at the end and substituting “Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2016 and the day it is filed.
