Amending O. Reg. 377/07
(POLITICAL ACTIVITY: SPECIALLY RESTRICTED PUBLIC SERVANTS)
1. (1) Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 377/07 is amended by adding the following item:
29.1 Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
(2) Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:
30.1 Mining and Lands Tribunal.
(3) Item 39 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsections 1 (1) and (3) come into force on the later of the day section 45 of Schedule 1 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of the day section 3 of Schedule 17 to the Stronger, Healthier Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
