Amending Reg. 74 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 17 (2) of Regulation 74 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994” and substituting “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020”.
2. Subclause 22 (4) (d) (i) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(i) a wage assignment given to a credit union within the meaning of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020, or

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 7 (Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020) to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
