Information related to Accreditation
Information related to accreditation to be provided on request
1. Upon request, a person who operates a laboratory in which a test described in subsection 2 (1) of the Act is conducted shall provide the Minister with information relating to the accreditation of the laboratory.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2024 and the day subsection 11 (1) of Schedule 8 to the Safer Ontario Act, 2018 comes into force.
