1. Subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 293/92 is amended by,

(a)  striking out “$229” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “$243”;

(b)  striking out “$31” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “$33”;

5. Subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by,

6. (1) Subsection 5 (1) of the Regulation is amended by,

(3) Subsection 5 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$1.50” and substituting “$2”.

7. Subsection 6 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2023” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “2026”.

8. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2023 and the day this Regulation is filed.
