Amending O. Reg. 525/97
(EXEMPTION FROM APPROVAL (OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENTS))
1. Paragraph 3 of subsection 1 (3) of Ontario Regulation 525/97 is amended by striking out “Municipal Board” and substituting “Tribunal”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
