Amending O. Reg. 134/98
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 39 (1) of Ontario Regulation 134/98 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
25.7 A payment received by a class member under the First Nations Drinking Water Settlement Agreement.

42. A supplementary payment with respect to the cost of living made under the On-reserve Income Assistance Program (Canada).
2. Section 53 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
19. A supplementary payment with respect to the cost of living made under the On-reserve Income Assistance Program (Canada).
3. Subsection 54 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
13.7 A payment received by a class member under the First Nations Drinking Water Settlement Agreement.
4. Subsection 60 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
3. In a geographic area in which a delivery partner is designated, an organization or agency under contract with that delivery partner to act on behalf of persons.
Commencement
5. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this Section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Section 4 comes into force on the later of the day section 6 of Schedule 21 to the Supporting Recovery and Competitiveness Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
