Amending Reg. 734 of R.R.O. 1990
(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS - NORTHEASTERN AND EASTERN REGIONS)
1. Schedule 9 to Regulation 734 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
SCHEDULE 9
BAYLY-MARTER LOCAL ROADS AREA
All those portions of the townships of Bayly and Marter in the Territorial District of Timiskaming shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1566-2, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 23, 2023.
2. Schedule 18 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
SCHEDULE 18
ROBILLARD LOCAL ROADS AREA
All of the township of Robillard and that portion of the township of Truax in the Territorial District of Timiskaming shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1347-9, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 23, 2023.
3. Schedule 105 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

GOGAMA LOCAL ROADS AREA
All those portions of the Townships of Jack and Noble in the Territorial District of Sudbury shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1027-13, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on June 30, 2023.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
