Amending O. Reg. 368/11

(DESIGNATED HOUSING PROJECTS - SECTION 68 OF THE ACT)

1. Item 11 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 368/11 is revoked and the following substituted:

11. (1) Item 4 of Schedule 46 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “226, 235” in the Column under the heading “Housing Project” and substituting “226”.

(2) Items 15 and 33 of Schedule 46 to the Regulation are revoked.

12. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
