Amending O. Reg. 391/21

1. Subsection 64 (5) of Ontario Regulation 391/21 is revoked.
2. Part X of the Regulation is revoked.
3. (1) The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:
Fees
75. The following rules apply with respect to the Authority’s recovery of its costs through the payment of fees, costs and charges imposed under section 41 of the Act:
1. The Authority shall not require the Brewers Retail Inc. or the Liquor Control Board of Ontario to pay fees, costs and charges.
2. The Authority shall not require any person to pay fees, costs and charges in respect of alcoholic beverage products and packaging.
(2) Section 75 of the Regulation, as remade by subsection (1), is revoked and the following substituted:

75. The Authority shall not recover its costs by requiring the Brewers Retail Inc. or the Liquor Control Board of Ontario to pay fees, costs and charges imposed under section 41 of the Act.
Commencement
4. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 3 (2) comes into force on January 1, 2031.
