Contraventions

The Superintendent has ordered Canadian Flyers International Inc. to stop contravening the following sections of the Private Career College Act, 2005:

  1. s. 7(1) Prohibition against operating a private career college
    and
  2. s. 8 (1) Prohibition against offering or providing vocational programs

Required Actions

By June 18, 2019 Canadian Flyers International Inc. was required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:

  1. have ceased operating a private career college
    and
  2. have ceased all offering or providing of vocational programs
