These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Restraining Order against NetTek Training & Solutions Inc. by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46 (1) of the Act.

Contraventions
The Superintendent has ordered NetTek Training & Solutions Inc., operating as NetTek Training & Solutions Inc. to stop:
- Advertising itself as a private career college contrary to subsection 11 (1) of the Act.
The Business’ registration as a private career college expired on January 21, 2022. Following the expiry of the Business’ registration as a private career college, the Business failed to remove signage and advertising from its campuses located in Scarborough and Markham Ontario, which held out the Business as a private career college thereby contravening subsection 11 (1) of the Act.
Required actions
By February 3, 2023 NetTek Training & Solutions Inc. is required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:
- Take all steps necessary to come into compliance with the Act and its regulations including the following:
- Stop advertising itself as a private career college contrary to subsection 11 (1) of the Act.
- Provide to the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges a written report of compliance, including a description of steps taken by the Business and all documentation necessary to demonstrate that the Business came into compliance with the Act and its regulations.
