These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Compliance Order against an unregistered career college by the Superintendent of Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46 (1) of the Act.

Contraventions
The Superintendent has ordered Riddhi Skin Care Spa to (stop):
- Offering or providing vocational programs, including but not limited to programs leading to entry into the vocation of esthetician or beautician.
- Advertising the provision of vocational programs, including but not limited to programs leading to entry into the vocation of esthetician or beautician.
- Providing false or misleading information to a designate of the Superintendent conducting inquiries under the Act.
Required actions
By March 7, 2024, Riddhi Indrapuri was required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:
- Have stopped and/or will not in the future offer or provide unapproved vocational programs for a fee contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act.
- Have stopped and/or will not in the future advertise the provision of unapproved vocational programs for a fee contrary to subsection 11(2) of the Act.
- Have stopped and/or will not in the future provide false or misleading information contrary to subsection 38 (10) of the Act to a designate of the Superintendent making inquiries under the Act.
