  1. there shall be no pick-up or discharge of passengers except at point of origin;
  2. chartered trips shall be restricted to school purposes and only for schools under the jurisdiction of the aforesaid School Boards;
  3. such chartered trip authority shall terminate automatically on the 31st day of December of any year if on that date a valid contract for home/school route service is not in effect with the said School Boards;
  4. each chartered trip must be authorized in writing by the School Boards or schools involved in the chartered trip;
  5. the licensee be restricted to school buses as defined in Section 175 (1) of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter H. 8.
