The Board is in receipt of applications by Trentway-Wagar Inc. (“Trentway”), Transtario Bus Lines Inc. (“Transtario”), Tokmakjian Limited (“Can-Ar”), and Pacific Western Transportation Ltd. (“P. W.”) pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 of the Public Vehicles Act. The applicants have satisfied the Board that there are apparent grounds to suspend, cancel or impose conditions on the respondents’ operating licences or issue an order described in Section 11(3) of the Public Vehicles Act.

Take Notice that the Board will hold a hearing on this matter to determine whether to issue an order described in Section 11 (3) of the Public Vehicles Act.

The hearing will be held on Tuesday the 29th day of May, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at the Main Legislative Building, Committee Room # 2, 2nd Floor, 111 Wellesley Street West, Queens Park, Toronto, Ontario.
