Under And By Virtue Of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Superior Court of Justice at Milton dated March 13, 2000, Court File Number C22294/00, to me directed, against the real and personal property of Alexander John Linkewich carrying on business under the firm name and style of Ventexcel & Associates, Defendant, at the suit of Comfort Air Corporation, Plaintiff, I have seized and taken in execution all right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Alexander John Linkewich, Defendant, in and to:

Parcel 64-1, Section M-224, being Lot 64, Plan M-224, City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel, Land Titles Division of Peel (No. 43). Municipally known as 1094 Vanier Drive, Mississauga, Ontario L5H 3X1.

All of which said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Alexander John Linkewich Defendant, in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions set out below at, The Enforcement Office, 7755 Hurontario Street, in Brampton on Tuesday, July 17, 2001 at 10:00 in the morning.

Conditions:
The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances. No representation is made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the interest to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser(s).

Terms:

  • Cash or certified cheque made payable to Minister of Finance
  • $1,000.00 refundable deposit to register
  • Deposit applied to purchase of successful bidder
  • Non-refundable Deposit of 10% of bid price at time of sale
  • 10 business days from the date of sale to arrange financing and pay balance in full at The Enforcement Office, 7755 Hurontario Street, in Brampton
  • Deed Poll provided by Sheriff only upon satisfactory payment in full of purchase price
  • Other conditions as announced

This sale is subject to cancellation by the Sheriff without further notice up to the time of sale.

Note: No persons working for The Ministry of the Attorney General shall purchase, either directly or indirectly, any goods, chattels, lands or tenements exposed by a Sheriff for sale under legal process.
