Minimum Tender Amount (set out the cancellation price as of the first day of advertising) $4,673.08

Together with a right of way over Part of Lots 8 and 9, Concession 1 and Lot 8, Concession 2, designated as Parts 23 and 24, Plan PSR-1132.

2.The remainder of parcel 2513, Parry Sound North Section, being the easterly 50 acres of Lot 34, Concession 2, Municipality of Whitestone (formerly Township of Ferrie), district of Parry Sound
Minimum Tender Amount (set out the cancellation price as of the first day of advertising) $4,701.50

Saving and excepting an allowance of 66 feet in perpendicular width for a road on the bank of the Megenetawan River on Lot 35 as reserved in the original Patent from the Crown being part of the said parcel.

Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a money order or of a bank draft or cheque certified by a bank, trust corporation or Province of Ontario Savings Office payable to the municipality or board and representing at least 20 per cent of the tender amount.

The municipality makes no representation regarding the title to or any other matters relating to the land to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchasers.

This sale is governed by the Municipal Tax Sales Act and the Municipal Tax Sales Rules made under that Act. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered plus accumulated taxes and the relevant land transfer tax.
