Notice Is Hereby Given that pursuant to subsection 254(1) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable Robert Runciman, Minister of Public Safety and Security of Ontario, on the 11th day of August, 2003, designated the following persons as being qualified to operate the approved instruments known as the Intoxilyzer® 5000C.
