Under And By Virtue Of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Superior Court of Justice, Walkerton, Ontario dated December 6, 2002, Court File No. 101/99 to me directed, against the real and personal property of Lloyd Gordon Dale Farrell, Defendant at the suit of Linda Jane Farrell, Plaintiff, I have seized and taken in execution all the right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Lloyd Gordon Dale Farrell, Defendant, in and to:

All of which said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Lloyd Gordon Dale Farrell, Defendant, in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions set out below at The Court House in Court Room No. 3, Bruce County Court House, 207 Cayley Street, Walkerton, Ontario on Friday, January 23rd, 2004 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon.

Conditions:
