The Board is in receipt of an application by Floyd Sinton Limited (“Sinton”) pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 of the Public Vehicles Act. Sinton has satisfied the Board that there are apparent grounds to suspend, cancel or impose conditions on Transtario M. E. Inc.’s (“Transtario”) operating licences or issue an order described in Section 11(3) of the Public Vehicles Act.

Take Notice that the Board will hold a hearing on this matter to determine whether to issue an order described in Section 11 (3) of the Public Vehicles Act.
