Under And By Virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Superior Court of Justice at 161 Elgin St., Ottawa dated March 12, 2003, Sheriff’s file #03-569, to me directed, against the real and personal property of Alain Moisan aka Allain Moisan aka Alain L. Moisan Debtor, at the suit of Citibank Canada, Creditor, I have seized and taken in execution all the right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Alain Moisan aka Allain Moisan aka Alain L. Moisan debtor, in and to:

  • Parcel Unit 20, Level 1, Being Unit 20, Level 1, Carleton Condominium Plan No. 155 City of Gloucester in the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton and registered in the Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Ottawa-Carleton No. 4 and its appurtenant common interest municipally known as 6907 Bilberry Dr, Gloucester, ON K1C 2E8.

All of which said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Alain Moisan aka Allain Moisan aka Alain L. Moisan debtor, in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions set out below at, Sheriff’s Office, 2nd Flr., 161 Elgin St., Ottawa, on Thursday, June 3rd, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.

Conditions:

The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances. No representation is made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the interest to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser(s).

Terms:

  • Deposit 10% of bid price or $1,000.00, whichever is greater
  • Payable at time of sale by successful bidder
  • To be applied to purchase price
  • Non-refundable
  • Ten business days from date of sale to arrange financing and pay balance in full at Sheriff’s Office, 2nd Flr., 161 Elgin St., Ottawa, Ontario.
  • All payments in cash or certified cheque made payable to the Minister of Finance
