Applications to Provincial Parliament

Redeemer University College

Notice Is Hereby Given that on behalf of Redeemer University College, Ancaster, Ontario, application will be made to the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, for an Amendment to their Act, Redeemer Reformed Christian College Act, 1998 as amended in 2002 and 2003, which will provide student protection measures for the degree program and other new degree programs, similar to those set out under Part III, Private Institutions, Ontario Regulation 279.02 (Consents Under the Act) made under the Post-secondary Education Choice and Excellence Act, 2000.

The application will be considered by the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills. Any person who has an interest in the application and who wishes to make submission, for or against the application to the Standing Committee on Regulations and Private Bills should notify in writing, the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly, Legislative Building, Queen’s Park, Toronto, Ontario M7A 1A2
