Transitional Physician Payment Review Act, 2004
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name September 1, 2004 as the day on which the following provisions of the Transitional Physician Payment Review Act, 2004, c. 13 come into force:
- Section 1, which amends the Health Insurance Act.
- Section 2, which amends the Ministry of Health Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998.
