Under And By Virtue Of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Superior Court of Justice at Thunder Bay, Ontario dated January 7, 2005, Court File Number CV-04-0929, to me directed, against the real and personal property of Diane Buset also known as Diane Anna Maria Buset, Defendant, at the suit of B&D Construction Inc., Plaintiff, I have seized and taken in execution the undivided half share or interest and all other right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Diane Buset also known as Diane Anna Maria Buset, defendant, in and to:

Parcel 2033, Port Arthur Freehold

Being Part Of Lot 23, Plan M-111, designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 55R-6239

City of Thunder Bay, District of Thunder Bay; being all of the said Pin.

Municipally known as 853-855 Hodder Avenue, Thunder Bay, Ontario.

The subject property is a semi-detached duplex with vinyl siding and capped windows. One unit is rented for $660.00 per month plus utilities.

All of which said undivided half share or interest and all other right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Diane Buset, also known as Diane Anna Maria Buset, Defendant, in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions set out below at the Court House, 277 Camelot Street, Court Room #4, Thunder Bay, Ontario, on Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.

Conditions:
The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances. No representation is made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the interest to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser(s).

Terms:

  • Deposit 10% of bid price or $1,000.00, whichever is greater, payable at sale
  • Deposit applied to purchase price
  • Deposit Non-refundable
  • Ten business days from date of sale to arrange financing and pay balance in full at Court House, 277 Camelot St., Thunder Bay
  • All payments in cash or by certified cheque made payable to the Minister of Finance
  • Deed Poll provided by Sheriff only upon satisfactory payment in full of purchase price
  • Other conditions as announced

This Sale Is Subject To Cancellation By The Sheriff Without Further Notice Up To The Time Of Sale.
