Energy Conservation Responsibility Act, 2006
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name September 22, 2006 as the day on which sections 1 to 10 of Schedule A to the Energy Conservation Responsibility Act, 2006, c. 3, which enact the Energy Conservation Leadership Act, 2006, come into force.
