Residential Tenancies Act, 2006
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name January 31, 2007 as the day on which sections 1 to 136, sections 139 to 246 and section 259 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, c. 17 come into force.
