Provincial By-Elections will be held to choose representatives for the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario for the Electoral Districts of Burlington, Markham and York South-Weston on Thursday February 8th, 2007.
Qualified Electors should take note of the following information:
Additions to the List of Electors may be made up to Wednesday, February 7, 2007. Voters whose names are not on the List of Electors and who wish to protect their right to vote must visit their Electoral District Returning Office to obtain a Certificate to Vote up to Wednesday, February 7, 2007 (Sundays excluded) from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Official Nomination of Candidates closes Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 2 p.m. in the Returning Office.
Advance Polls will be held at locations chosen for ease of access on Wednesday, January 31, Thursday, February 1 and Friday, February 2, 2007 from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. or in the office of the Electoral District Returning Officer from Saturday, January 27 to Friday, February 2, 2007 (Sunday excluded) from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Election Day, Thursday, February 8th, 2007, from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m.
