Application For Private Legislation

Notice Is Hereby Given that on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Brampton, application will be made to the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario for an Act authorizing the Council of The Corporation of the City of Brampton to pass a by-law providing for the issuance of a lot merger certificate in respect of two or more parcels of land that share common ownership. The issuance of a lot merger certificate will enable the affected parcels of land to be treated as one parcel for the purposes of section 50 of the Planning Act.

The application will be considered by the Standing Committee or Regulations and Private Bills.
