Budget Measures Act, 2006
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name October 10, 2008 as the day on which the following provisions of the Budget Measures Act, 2006, c. 9, come into force:
- Section 6 of Schedule N, which amends the Ministry of Tourism and Recreation Act.
- Section 7 of Schedule N, which repeals the St. Clair Parks Commission Act, 2000.
