Family Statute Law Amendment Act, 2009
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name October 15, 2009 as the day on which the following provisions of the Family Statute Law Amendment Act, 2009, c. 11, come into force:
- Section 3, which amends the Child and Family Services Act.
- Sections 12 and 15, which amend the Children’s Law Reform Act.
- Sections 27, 29, 35 and 36, which amend the Family Law Act.
