Pursuant to an Order dated October 16, 2009 made by the Honourable Mr. Justice Cumming of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as liquidator (the “Liquidator”) of Lincoln Park Inc. (the “Company”) for the purpose of winding up the Company’s business and affairs and distributing its property to such claimants, creditors, shareholders or other persons as shall be determined to be entitled in these proceedings.
