Christ Church Cathedral Columbarium is located at 439 Queen Street in the City of Ottawa, Province of Ontario. The columbarium consists of four hundred and sixty-eight (468) niches located within the Christ Church Cathedral building located on Lot 21, Plan 3922, south side Sparks Street, numbering west and Lot 21, Plan 3922, north side Queen Street, numbering west, City of Ottawa.

Take Notice That, pursuant to the Cemeteries Act (Revised), R.S.O 1990, Chapter C4, the undersigned intends to make application for an Order closing part of the cemetery, being those parts of Lot 21, Plan 3922, south side Sparks Street, numbering west and Lot 21, Plan 3922, north side Queen Street, numbering west, City of Ottawa that do not include the Christ Church Cathedral building or the existing part of Christ Church Cathedral Columbarium. The reason for the closure application is to permit the lands surrounding the Christ Church Cathedral to be leased and developed as part of a project that will integrate the Cathedral, Lauder Hall and Roper House with new residential and commercial buildings. There are no internments in the part of the cemetery to be closed and accordingly no dis-interments or re-interments will be required.
