Safeguarding And Sustaining Ontario’s Water Act, 2007
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name January 1, 2015 as the day on which the following provisions of the Safeguarding and Sustaining Ontario’s Water Act, 2007, c. 12, come into force:
- ss. 1 (6), (8), (9), (11), (12), (17), (18), (22), (23), (27), (29) to (36), which amend the Ontario Water Resources Act;
- s. 2, which amends the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002.
