The sale by the municipality is subject to the following conditions:

Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form of Tender which can be obtained at the Village of Sundridge municipal office;
No additional terms and conditions may be included in the Tender;
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope which indicates on it that it is a Tender submitted for the purchase of the lands and the envelope must provide a short description or municipal address of the land sufficient to permit the Treasurer to identify that it is a Tender for the land;
On receiving an envelope identified as containing a Tender, the Treasurer of the municipality shall mark on it the time and date on which it was received and shall retain it unopened in a safe place;
Where two or more Tenders are equal, the Tender that was received earlier shall be deemed to be the higher;
Tenders that do not comply with this Notice and the conditions set out herein shall be rejected;
Tenders shall remain irrevocable for a period of 30 days from the date that they are opened in public and Council shall decide whether or not to accept any Tender. The highest Tender or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Once Council of the municipality has decided to accept a Tender the tenderer will be notified by ordinary mail sent to the address shown in the Tender and the tenderer must, within 14 days of the mailing of the notice, pay the balance of the amount tendered plus applicable Harmonized Sales Tax in the form of a money order or of a bank draft or cheque certified by a bank, trust corporation or credit union payable to the municipality.
Upon receipt of monies required by the preceding paragraph (h) the municipality will message and release the Transfer of the land to the lawyer retained by the successful tenderer;
If the tenderer whose Tender is accepted fails to make the payment as set out in Paragraph (h) above the tenderer’s deposit shall be forfeited to the municipality.
