We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name November 1, 2017 as the day on which the following provisions of the Patients First Act, 2016, c. 30, come into force:
- s. 1 (4), which amends the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006.
- s. 31, which amends the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010.
- s. 32, which amends the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014.
- s. 34, which repeals the Community Care Access Corporations Act, 2001.
- s. 35 (2), which amends the Electronic Cigarettes Act, 2015.
- s. 36 (2), which amends the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
- s. 37 (1), which amends the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010.
- s. 39 (3), which amends the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
- s. 43, which amends the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004.
- s. 44, which amends the Poverty Reduction Act, 2009.
