In the Matter of the Liquidation and Winding Up of Oxford Golf & Country Club, Limited

notice is hereby given that on application under Section 244 of the Corporations Act, R.S.O 1990 c. C. 38, an Order was issued by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) on February 20, 2018 appointing BDO Canada Limited as Liquidator (the “Liquidator”) of the assets of Oxford Golf & Country Club, Limited (“Oxford GC”).

Pursuant to a further Order of the Court made on April 17, 2018 (the “Shareholder Claims Process Order”), the Liquidator has been authorized and directed to conduct a shareholder claims process (the “Shareholder laims Process”) for the determination of the claims of shareholders of Oxford GC arising on or before February 20, 2018 (the “Shareholder Claims”). A copy of the Shareholder Claims Process Order providing a full definition of Shareholder Claims being called for and the timeline for the Claims Process can be found on the Receiver’s website at https://www.bdo.ca/en-ca/services/advisory/debt-and-financial-recovery-services/corporate-restructuring/.

If you seek to assert a claim as a shareholder of Oxford GC you must forthwith contact the Liquidator to advise of your Shareholder Claim(s) and obtain a Notice to Shareholder and Shareholder Proof of Claim (in the form prescribed and approved by the Court). take notice that on April 5, 2018, MNP Ltd. was appointed, pursuant to an order made by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as Liquidator of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of WG Vineyard Niagara Inc. and WG Domaine Niagara Inc., carrying on business at 1123 Four Mile Creek Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario and 1100 Progressive Avenue, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. This notice is filed under subsection 210(4) of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario). Notice of this Court Order and appointment is hereby given.

CCB Employees’ Credit Union Limited

notice is hereby given that on April 18, 2018, the membership of CCB Employees’ Credit Union Limited resolved to wind up voluntarily pursuant to Section 298 of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994, effective close of business May 31, 2018. At the same meeting, the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario was appointed Liquidator effective close of business May 31, 2018.
