Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017
Order in Council 620/2018 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017. The proclamation, issued on March 27, 2018, names August 20, 2018 as the day on which subsections 1 (1) and (4) of Schedule 12 to the Act come into force. An amendment to the proclamation to change that date is now desired.
Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, amend the proclamation by striking out “August 20, 2018” and substituting “April 1, 2019”.

- August 15, 2018 as the day on which the following provision of the Urgent Priorities Act, 2018, c. 10, which amends the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, comes into force:
