- Schedule 4, s. 26 (13), (15) (which amend the Interprovincial Policing Act, 2009).
- Schedule 5, s. 1-39 (the Special Investigations Unit Act, 2019).
- Schedule 5, s. 42 (which amends the Police Services Act).
- Schedule 5, s. 43 except para. 1 and 2 (which revokes O. Reg. 267/10 (Conduct and Duties of Police Officers Respecting Investigations by the Special Investigations Unit), made under the Police Services Act).
- Schedule 6, s. 1 (2), 4 (5), 8 (which amend the Coroners Act).
