Tenders will be opened at the Town Hall, located at 917 Lesperance Road in Tecumseh. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, this will be done via video conference and made available to the public shortly after 3:00pm on the same day. Any existing Federal or Provincial Crown liens or executions will remain on title and may become the responsibility of the potential purchaser.
