On June 9, 2023, the following came into force under the Securities Act:
- amendments to Multilateral Instrument 13-102 System Fees;
- National Instrument 13-103 System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+), which includes the repeal of NI 13-101 System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR); and

OSC rule 44-502 extension to ontario instrument 44-501 certain prospectus requirements for well-known seasoned issuers
On July 4, 2023, OSC Rule 44-502 Extension to Ontario Instrument 44-501 Certain Prospectus Requirements for Well-Known Seasoned Issuers will come into force under the Securities Act.
