Step 1 of 3

Current Introduction

As part of your submission, you must agree to the General Terms and Conditions for the Unsolicited Proposal Process.

Those terms set out, among other issues, the following:

  • The government has sole and absolute discretion regarding whether or not to proceed with a submitted proposal, and may do so in a number of ways (for example, competitive tender).
  • The government has no obligation to act on or respond to proposals.
  • The government expects you, the Participant, to be prepared to cover your own costs during the assessment stages, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The government will use any Intellectual Property you provide in your submission as set out in the terms and conditions.

For details, please read the General Terms and Conditions on the next page which exclusively govern the process.
