The RSA Conference and Trade show (www.rsaconference.com/usais) is the world's leading cybersecurity conference and exposition attracting more than 40,000 attendees, including more than 650 speakers, more than 500 exhibitors and hundreds of media outlets. The Government of Ontario is planning a cybersecurity trade mission comprised of up to 10 companies to attend RSA 2025. The official Ontario program would start at noon on Monday, April 28 ending on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Participation benefits will include shared exhibit space in the Ontario booth #2434 (half day per company), at least two (2) Expo Plus passes to RSA per company, a B2B program subject to buyers’ interest, attendance to the RSA Welcome reception, a roundtable session with large California users of cyber security solutions, and a database of potential buyers. The business program will be organized in partnership with the Ontario Trade and Investment Office and the Canadian Consulate in San Francisco. Federal funding (CAN EXPORT) may be available to qualified companies.
Cost: CAD $3,500 per company (there may be an OPTIONAL additional fee of $200 to cover some hospitality). Interested companies must demonstrate that they are based in Ontario with an exportable product or service, have 3 or more full time employees in the Province, $100,000 or more in declared revenue for the past fiscal year, and must have been in business for at least two (2) full years. Apply ONLY 1 time and 1 person per company. Actual event attendees will be added at a later date.
