The Government of Ontario is leading a fintech trade mission comprised of up to 10 companies to attend FINOVATE 2025 in New York City. The Finovate conference is one of the most influential and largest gatherings for the fintech industry in the U.S. attracting more than 2,000 attendees with about half from banks and investors. The official Ontario program would start on the morning of Monday, September 8, 2025 ending on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
Participation benefits will include shared 10’ x 10 ‘exhibit space in the Ontario booth (half day per company), one (1) Expo pass worth USD $1,999 valid for September 8 and 9, participation in a B2B program, inclusion in a one or two roundtables with potential buyers, a market briefing, a database of potential buyers, and one on one export advice and consultation. The program will be organized in partnership with the Ontario Trade and Investment Office and the Canadian Consulate in New York City. Federal funding (CAN EXPORT) may be available to qualified companies.
Cost: CAD $2,730 per company (t0 be confirmed). There may be an OPTIONAL additional fee of $200 to cover some hospitality. Interested companies must demonstrate that they are based in Ontario with an exportable product or service, have 3 or more full time employees in the Province, $100,000 or more in declared revenue for the past fiscal year, and must have been in business for at least two (2) full years. Apply ONLY 1 time and 1 person per company. Actual event attendees will be added at a later date.
