When Real Property Registration transferred pre-confederation documents to the Archives of Ontario, we undertook to provide copies from microfilm of pre-confederation documents to clients when requested.

Please remind your staff that we are to provide copies from microfilm, subject to the tariff of fees, of any pre-confederation document when requested.
